Refund Policy
Failed Generations
If a video generation fails or times out, credits are automatically refunded to your account within minutes.
Unused Credits
Credits do not expire. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.
Purchase Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@primechasedata.com for assistance.

View your credit balance and usage history in the dashboard:
- • Current Balance: Shown in top navigation
- • Usage History: Settings → Billing → Usage
- • Purchase History: Settings → Billing → Invoices
