1. What we collect
We collect the information you provide during your market visibility review and onboarding, including your website, business type, market, and contact details, along with any files or credentials you choose to connect.
We also collect data generated as you use HubOS, such as visibility scores, pipeline activity, reports, and product usage. Standard log data (IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) is recorded to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use it
We use your information to scope and deliver your proposal, operate your visibility and pipeline systems, produce reporting, provide support, and improve the service.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use the credentials or business data you connect to train external models. Any communication we send about products or updates can be turned off at any time.
4. Security
Integration credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, both in transit and at rest. Access is scoped per organization, restricted to authorized team members, and logged for audit.
We monitor for unauthorized access and review our controls regularly. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so we also design for least-privilege access and rapid response if an issue is found.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. You can also disconnect any integration and ask us to remove the associated credentials.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests within the timelines the law requires.
