Stories Limitations

  • Stories expire after 24 hours
  • Interactive elements (polls, stickers, links) cannot be added via scheduling
  • Best aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical)
  • Maximum duration: 60 seconds per story

Upload Your Own Media

Not just for AI-generated videos! You can upload your own videos and images to schedule across all your connected platforms.

Supported Formats

  • Video: MP4, MOV, WebM
  • Image: JPG, PNG, WebP
  • Max size: 500MB for videos
  • Max duration: 60s for Reels/TikTok

How to Upload

  1. Go to Social Media → Create Post
  2. Drag & drop or click to upload
  3. Select platforms and write caption
  4. Schedule or post immediately

Connecting Your Accounts

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Social Media to connect your accounts.

Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)

One connection gives you access to all Meta platforms. You'll need:

  • Admin access to a Facebook Page
  • Instagram Business or Creator account linked to the Page
  • Threads account (optional, auto-detected if linked)

Permissions: Publish content, access insights, manage Instagram/Threads content

TikTok

Connect your TikTok Business account to post videos directly.

  • TikTok Business account required
  • Personal accounts are not supported

Note: Until our TikTok app is audited, videos will be posted as private. You can manually set them to public in the TikTok app.

YouTube

Connect your YouTube channel to upload videos and Shorts.

  • YouTube channel required
  • Videos under 60 seconds auto-detected as Shorts

Note: Until our app is Google-verified, videos will be uploaded as private. You can manually set them to public in YouTube Studio.

Scheduling a Post

  1. Generate your video

    Create a video in the Video Studio

  2. Click "Schedule"

    From the video preview, click the Schedule button

  3. Select platforms

    Choose which platforms to post to

  4. Write your caption

    Add hashtags and mentions

  5. Set date and time

    Or post immediately

  6. Confirm and schedule

    Uses 0.5 credits per platform

Best Practices

Optimal Aspect Ratios

  • Instagram Reels: 9:16
  • Instagram Feed: 1:1 or 4:5
  • Facebook Reels: 9:16
  • Threads: 9:16 or 1:1

Posting Tips

  • Post when your audience is active
  • Use relevant hashtags
  • Keep captions concise
  • Include a call-to-action

Managing Scheduled Posts

View and manage all scheduled posts in the Content Calendar:

  • View: See all scheduled posts in calendar or list view
  • Reschedule: Update the date and time before posting
  • Edit: Update captions and hashtags before posting
  • Cancel: Delete scheduled posts — credits are refunded automatically
  • History: View past posts and their performance analytics

Troubleshooting

Post failed to publish

Check that your account is still connected and has proper permissions. Try reconnecting your social accounts.

Instagram connection issues

Instagram must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts cannot be connected.
