Connecting Your Store

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

In the Client Hub, click on "Settings" → "Integrations" → "Connect Shopify".

Step 2: Enter Store URL

Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com).

Note: Use your .myshopify.com domain, not your custom domain.

Step 3: Authorize Access

You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection. We request:

  • Read products (titles, images, variants)
  • Read inventory levels
  • Read pricing information

✓ We only request read-only access. We never modify your store data.

Step 4: Initial Sync

After authorization, we automatically sync your product catalog. This typically takes 1-5 minutes depending on catalog size.

Using Synced Products

In the Video Studio:

  1. Click "Import from Shopify"
  2. Browse or search your products
  3. Select one or more products
  4. Product images auto-load for video generation

Bulk Video Generation:

  1. Select multiple products from Shopify catalog
  2. Choose AI model and settings (applied to all)
  3. Start batch generation
  4. Videos are processed in queue

Sync Settings

Auto-Sync Frequency

Products sync automatically every 24 hours. You can trigger a manual sync anytime from Settings.

Product Filters

Filter which products sync by collection, vendor, product type, or tags.

Image Selection

By default, we import the primary product image. You can configure to import all images for use as Product Profile references.

Troubleshooting

Connection failed

Ensure you're using your .myshopify.com URL and are logged in as a store owner or admin. Try disconnecting and reconnecting.

Products not syncing

Check your product filters in Settings. Ensure products are published and have images. Try a manual sync.

Missing product images

Only products with at least one image are imported. Add images in Shopify, then trigger a manual sync.
