Common Issues
How do I access my dashboard?
Your dashboard link and credentials are sent via email after onboarding. If you can't find them, contact support for a password reset.
How do I export my data?
Navigate to your dashboard, select the data range you want, and click the "Export" button. You can choose CSV or JSON format.
What's included in my service package?
Check your service agreement for detailed inclusions. You can also view your current plan details in the dashboard under "Account Settings."
How do I update my billing information?
