03 · Who does what

Who does what in a US expansion

We do the research, writing, outreach and coordination, and your team makes the decisions. For customs, importer of record, legal review, certification and fulfillment, we coordinate the specialists you hire; we don't provide those services ourselves.

05 · Questions

Questions

Straight answers, based on how hubOS works today.

Do you handle customs, importer of record or certification?
No. We coordinate the specialists you hire for customs, importer of record, legal review, certification and fulfillment. We prepare the documents they ask for, track their dates as requests in hubOS and tell you when a decision is yours.
Is hubOS included in the service price?
No. Each service has its own price on its page, and hubOS has its own monthly plan. During a project you get a hubOS account, so you can follow the work as it happens.
Can our team in Korea work in Korean?
Yes. Each person chooses English or Korean in hubOS, the weekly report comes in both languages and any team chat message can be translated with one tap.
Do you find buyers for us?
We research buyers that match the criteria you agree, check their contacts, reach out, follow up and send the samples you approve. Every reply is saved in Partner Hub, and the buying decision stays with the buyer and with you.
Where do we start if we're not sure which stage we're at?
Book a call. In 30 minutes we look at your product, your current sales channels and what you've tried in the US, and suggest a starting stage and the services that fit.
