Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for service packages purchased on this site.

Before work begins

You may cancel for a full refund any time before work begins — that is, before you submit your project brief or hold the kickoff call.

After work begins

Once work has started, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the portion of work not yet delivered. Work already completed is non-refundable.

Deposits on programs

Programs that take a deposit (for example, U.S. Market Entry) use the deposit to secure upfront strategy and scheduling. The deposit is non-refundable once the engagement begins, and the remaining balance is invoiced separately.

After delivery

Once final deliverables are delivered and accepted — or automatically accepted if you do not respond within 7 days — the order is complete and non-refundable.

How to request

To request a cancellation or refund, email orders@primechasedata.com within 14 days of the relevant milestone. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within about 10 business days.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
