Market readiness for the US

Before your first US shipment, we help you choose where to sell first, find out which FDA, FCC or FTC rules apply to your product, and turn your Korean product pages into English pages that US shoppers and buyers understand. The screens on this page use made-up sample data.

05 · Questions

Questions

Straight answers, based on how hubOS works today.

Do you file FDA registrations for us?
No. The compliance scan tells you which filings, tests and label changes your product needs. A regulatory consultant or testing lab you hire does the filing or testing, and we coordinate the documents and dates with them in hubOS.
Do you translate our Korean product pages word for word?
No. We rewrite them for US shoppers, keep every fact accurate and check claims against the rules found in the scan. You approve each page in hubOS before anyone uses it.
Which channel should we start with?
It depends on your product, price and how much stock you can ship. The market brief compares the options for your product so your team can decide with the details in front of them.
