Invoices

The Invoices tab keeps your complete billing history in the hub. Every invoice opens into a full report of its billing period, so you can always see what a charge covered.

The invoice list

The list view gives you the state of your billing at a glance, always reflecting the current status rather than a cached snapshot.

  • Year-to-date spend and the open balance, everything billed but not yet paid, shown as summary cards.
  • Every invoice with its billing period, amount, due date, and status.
  • A monthly breakdown table that rolls invoices up by month, with a paid or pending status per month.
  • For subscription engagements, your plan and its status appear at the top, with a checkout button when the subscription is not yet active.

Inside an invoice

Clicking an invoice opens more than a payment page. The detail view tells the full story of the billing period, so the number on the invoice is never a mystery.

  • The invoice itself: period, amount, due date, payment status, and a secure online payment link. A receipt is available once the invoice is paid.
  • The work delivered during the period: the tickets your team worked on in that window.
  • For content engagements, the articles published, scheduled, and dropped in the period, with links to the live pages.
  • Search performance for the period, when search data is connected for your site.

Sharing an invoice with your finance team

    Use the short invoice link

    Each invoice has a short link in the form hub.primechasedata.com/i/ followed by the invoice number, printed on the invoice itself. It opens the full invoice report in your hub.

    Give finance teammates hub access

    The link is protected by sign-in, so only members of your team can open it. Add your finance teammates to your hub and they can review every invoice themselves.

    Keep copies where finance expects them

    Invoices are also emailed to you and filed in the 자료실, so there is always a copy for your records.

Questions about a charge

If anything on an invoice is unclear, just raise it. Message us in chat, open a billing ticket, or email support. Since the invoice detail already shows the work behind the charge, most questions resolve in one look.

How do I pay an invoice?

Every open invoice includes a secure online payment link, both on the emailed invoice and on its detail page in the hub. Once payment goes through, the status updates and a receipt becomes available.

Is the emailed invoice different from the one in the hub?

It is the same invoice. The email is convenient for forwarding and records, while the hub adds the full billing-period report around it.

Can my accountant see our invoices?

Yes, in two ways: invite them to your hub so they can browse the Invoices tab themselves, or forward the emailed invoices. The short link on each invoice takes hub members straight to the right page.

Does using the hub cost extra?

No. There are no per-action charges for using the hub. You are billed for your agreed engagement scope, and usage-billed extras such as direct mail run on credits, which are documented separately.
