Calendar

The calendar brings scheduled work, meetings and key dates into one shared view. Work planned by the Prime Chase Data team appears automatically, and your own team events live right alongside it.

Views and navigation

Switch between four views to match how you plan: a month grid for the big picture, week and day views for detail, and an agenda list for what is coming up next. On phones the calendar opens in the agenda view automatically.

  • A mini month picker in the sidebar jumps to any date, and a search box filters events by title, location or description.
  • A My / Team toggle switches between your own schedule and the full team view.
  • Layers can be shown or hidden one by one: team events, hub work, your Google calendar, Korean holidays, US dates and local event opportunities.

Two time zones, one calendar

Working across countries means the same meeting has two clocks. The calendar shows both: your home zone is detected automatically, and a second client zone (Korea by default) runs alongside it, so both sides read the same event correctly.

  • A live clock strip shows the current time in both zones, marked HOME and CLIENT.
  • Opening an event shows its time in the second zone too, including a day marker such as +1d when the date differs.
  • The second zone can be changed to any of a dozen regions (Korea, Japan, Singapore, UK, US zones and more) and the choice is remembered for you.

What appears automatically

You do not have to copy hub work into the calendar. Deadlines from the rest of your hub appear on the right dates on their own, each linking back to the original item.

  • Tickets with due dates and support requests with response deadlines show up as read-only hub work items.
  • Events scheduled by the Prime Chase Data team appear without any setup on your side.
  • If you connect Google Calendar in the sidebar, your Google events appear as their own layer, visible only to you. You can also sync events you create in the hub back to Google.

Creating your own events

  1. 1

Select Create or click a day

The event editor opens with the selected date filled in.

  2. 2

    Fill in the details

Set the title, time and time zone, location or meeting link, a category (Work, Planning, Content, Launch, Follow-up), a reminder, recurrence and attendees.

  3. 3

    Choose who can see it

Events are visible to your team by default; mark an event private to keep it to yourself.

Keyboard navigation

The whole calendar can be driven from the keyboard. Arrow keys move across days and weeks, Page Up and Page Down jump months, t returns to today, and m, w, d and a switch views. Press c to create an event on the focused day, / to search and ? to open the full shortcut list.

Do I need to add scheduled work from the team myself?

No. Work planned by the Prime Chase Data team, ticket due dates and support deadlines appear on the calendar automatically.

Can teammates see everything on my calendar?

Team events are shared, but events you mark private stay visible only to you, and your connected Google calendar is never shown to teammates.

What happens when I connect Google Calendar?

Your Google events appear as a layer only you can see. You can sync hub events back to Google, and disconnect at any time from the sidebar.

Can I change the second time zone?

Yes. Pick a different region from the client zone dropdown; the calendar remembers your choice on that device.
