Contracts & E-sign

Contracts live inside the 자료실, so you can read the full agreement and sign it in the hub with a click. No printing, no scanning, no separate e-sign service.

Where contracts live

When contracts are enabled for your hub, a Contracts area appears inside the Documents Center. It lists every contract with its current status, so you always know what is waiting on whom.

  • Being prepared: we are still drafting the contract. You can already see it listed, and signing opens once it is sent.
  • Awaiting signature: the contract has been sent to you and is ready to review and sign.
  • Signed: both the agreement and its signing record are kept here for reference.
  • Voided or declined: withdrawn or declined contracts stay visible with their final status, so the history is complete.

How signing works

  1. 1

    Open and read the contract

The full contract text renders right in the hub, so you review exactly what you are signing.

  2. 2

    Type your full legal name

You sign from your own signed-in account, so the record shows exactly who signed and with which email.

  3. 3

    Give e-signature consent

A consent checkbox confirms you have read the contract and agree to sign it electronically.

  4. 4

    Click Agree & sign

One click completes the signature. The contract status updates immediately for both sides.

The audit trail

Every signature is recorded with a full audit trail that stays attached to the contract.

  • Signer identity: the typed legal name, the account email, and whether the signer acted for your side or ours.
  • Time and connection details: when the signature happened and from which connection.
  • E-signature consent: the explicit consent given at the moment of signing.
  • Document fingerprint: sending the contract locks its wording, and a cryptographic fingerprint of that exact version is bound to the signature, so the signed text cannot quietly change afterward.

Signatures are recorded with this full audit trail and are designed to satisfy e-signature laws such as ESIGN and UETA in the US and 전자서명법 in Korea. For questions about legal effect in your specific situation, consult your own counsel.

After signing

  • Both sides see the signed contract and its signing record in the hub.
  • You can download a PDF of the signed contract, including the signature record, at any time.
  • The contract stays in your 자료실 for the life of your engagement, so there is always one canonical copy.

Is an electronic signature made in the hub legally valid?

Each signature is recorded with a full audit trail covering identity, time, connection details, consent, and a fingerprint of the exact signed text. The process is designed to satisfy e-signature laws such as ESIGN and UETA in the US and 전자서명법 in Korea. For advice on your specific circumstances, please check with your own counsel.

Can the contract change after I sign it?

No. The wording is locked when the contract is sent for signature, and the fingerprint of that version is bound to your signature. Any change would require a new contract and a new signature.

What if I have questions before signing?

Just ask before you sign. Message us in chat or open a ticket, and we can adjust the draft or void and reissue a sent contract before anyone signs.

Why do I not see a Contracts area in my hub?

In-hub contracts are enabled per engagement. If your agreements are handled outside the hub, the area stays hidden. Ask us if you would like it turned on.
