How modules work
Your hub is assembled from modules. A core set is always there, growth modules are switched on to match your contract, and new ones can be added as the work grows.
One hub, assembled from modules
Rather than one-size-fits-all software, each client hub is put together from modules. Your hub only shows what your engagement includes, so the sidebar stays clean: no locked screens, no features you cannot use, and no guessing which parts apply to you.
The core set, in every hub
- Dashboard: the home view of work in progress and recent activity
- Chat: real-time messaging with the Prime Chase Data team
- Tickets and projects: requests and larger work tracked with clear statuses
- Support: a question board with answers the whole team can search later
- Documents (자료실): proposals, contracts, invoices, reports, and brand files
- Calendar: shared schedules across your team and ours
- Partner directory: your vendors and partners in one place
- Notifications and settings: per-user language and alert preferences
Growth modules, per engagement
Growth modules are enabled to match the work in your contract. These are the ones clients see most often:
- SEO content and performance: published articles plus search performance and index health
- Store and sales pulse: catalog health, plus daily sales and cash flow from your connected store
- Reviews: customer reviews gathered for moderation and replies
- Brand radar: brand mentions and competitor snapshots
- Events: a shortlist of local events worth attending or sponsoring
- Customer inbox: emails from your customers handled as threads inside the hub
- Reports: a living status report of the engagement
- Contracts e-sign: contracts signed with a click inside the documents center
- Credits: balance and top-ups for services billed by usage
A sidebar that mirrors your engagement
Modules appear in the sidebar under grouped sections, such as overview, collaboration, content, growth, and account, so the menu reads the same way your engagement is structured. If a module from these docs is missing in your hub, it simply is not part of your current scope.
Adding modules as scope grows
When the engagement expands, for example connecting a store or starting a content program, the matching module is switched on in the same workspace. Nothing migrates and nothing resets: your chat history, tickets, and documents stay exactly where they are, and the new module joins them. To explore adding one, mention it in chat or post in the support center.
Why do I not see a module that appears in these docs?
Modules marked "Enabled per engagement" only appear when they are part of your contract. If one looks useful, ask about it in chat or the support center.
Do added modules change what we pay?
Modules follow your contract. When scope changes, the details are agreed together first, and nothing is enabled or billed without that conversation.
If we add a module later, do we lose any history?
No. Modules turn on inside the workspace you already use, so existing chat, tickets, documents, and reports are untouched.
