Partner Hub
The Partner Hub is a directory for your own business relationships: wholesale partners, buyers, distributors and creators. It keeps every contact, conversation and follow-up in the same hub you already work in.
A stage-based partner board
The directory is organized as a pipeline board. Every partner sits in one of six stages, so you can read the state of each relationship at a glance and move it forward as talks progress.
- Six stages: Prospect, Contacted, In talks, Sampling, Active and Passed. Drag a card or use its stage menu to move a partner, and undo the move if you change your mind.
- Each card shows the company, main contact, category, location, website, the next reminder and the latest activity, plus any linked tickets.
- Summary tiles at the top count total partners, active relationships, deals in motion and follow-ups that need attention.
Adding and updating partners
Partner records are yours to manage. You can add, edit and remove partners directly, without waiting on anyone.

Select Add partner
Enter the company name, then fill in what you know: category, stage, contact, email, website, region and notes. Only the company name is required.

Add the people you talk to
A partner can hold several contacts, each with a role, email and phone. Mark one as the primary contact.

Keep the record current
Open any partner to update details, change the stage or log what happened after a call or meeting.
Partner details and activity history
Opening a partner shows a workspace with everything about that relationship in one place.
- Activity: log notes, calls and emails so the whole team shares one history of the relationship.
- Contacts: manage the people at that partner, including who the primary contact is.
- Follow-ups: set reminders with due dates and check them off as you complete them.
- Tickets: create a request to the Prime Chase Data team about a partner, and see open tickets related to that partner.
Follow-up reminders
The board watches your follow-ups for you. Partners with overdue or upcoming reminders get an attention badge, reminders due within a day surface in a banner at the top, and partners that have gone quiet for a while are flagged so no relationship slips through.
Search, filters and settings
- Search by company, contact, email, location or notes. Plain phrases such as "contacted prospects" or "거래중인 파트너" are understood and turned into filters automatically, in English and Korean.
- Filter the board by category (distributor, retailer, foodservice, broker) or show only partners that need follow-up.
- Directory settings hold reusable email templates and short product descriptions. Engagements that include partner outreach use these when composing emails or letters from a partner record.
Who can see my partner records?
Partner records belong to your workspace. Members of your hub can see and manage them, along with the Prime Chase Data team supporting your account. They are never shared with other companies.
Can I import an existing partner list?
There is no self-serve bulk import in the hub today. You can add partners one at a time, or send your existing list to the team through a ticket and we will help bring it in.
Can I rename the stages or add my own categories?
The six stages and four categories are a fixed set today. Use the region and notes fields to capture anything the built-in fields do not cover.
Does moving a partner card notify the partner?
No. The board is internal to your hub. Changing stages, logging activity or setting reminders never sends anything to the partner.
