Documents Center
The Documents Center, called 자료실 in Korean, gathers every file tied to your engagement in one place: proposals, contracts, delivery reports, research, guides, and files your team uploads.
What lives in the 자료실
Documents are organized into folders, and only folders with content appear. Alongside the documents we prepare for you, anything your team uploads or shares in chat is collected here too, so nothing gets lost in a thread.
- Proposals & Contracts: the scope we agreed on and the agreements behind it.
- Research & Insights: market research and analysis documents from your engagement.
- How-to Guides: practical guides written for your team.
- Reports: delivery and performance reports we share over time.
- Invoices: when billing is enabled for your hub, each invoice is also filed here for your records.
- Brand: brand guidelines and brand assets, so the whole team works from one source.
- Uploads and chat files: files your team uploads directly, plus files shared in team chat.
Finding a document
- Search by name, or browse folders in list or grid view.
- Sort by name, modified date, or type to scan a folder quickly.
- Key documents such as proposals, contracts, invoices, and reports are highlighted automatically, and you can star anything else to pin it.
- Open a document to preview it in the hub, or download a copy to keep.
Uploading files

Open the Documents tab
Find Documents in your hub navigation. Uploading is available to members of your team.

Upload and organize
Upload files and sort them into folders. You can create your own folders on top of the built-in categories.

Watch your storage space
Each team has its own storage space, and a meter shows how much is in use. If you need more room, you can request a larger plan from the storage page.
Private and secure
- Only your team and the PCD staff working on your engagement can see your documents.
- Uploaded files are scanned before they are made available for preview or download.
- Files are served over private, access-controlled links, not public URLs.
- Deleted files go to a trash area first, so your team can restore them if something was removed by mistake.
Who can see the files in our 자료실?
Only signed-in members of your team, plus the PCD staff working on your engagement. Each team space is separate, so no other client can ever see your documents.
What happens when I delete a file?
It moves to the trash instead of disappearing right away. Your team can restore it from there, or remove it permanently.
Do files shared in chat count as documents?
Yes. Files shared in your team chat also appear in the 자료실 and count toward your storage space, so they stay findable long after the conversation moves on.
How long do documents stay available?
Documents stay available for the life of your engagement. If you want a personal copy, you can download any file at any time.
