Reports
Reports are dated editions we publish to your hub on a regular cadence. Each one is a short slideshow covering the work delivered, your progress numbers, what we are working on now, and what comes next.
The report archive
Open Reports from your hub navigation. The latest edition sits at the top as a cover card with its headline numbers, and older editions stay available below, grouped by month. Nothing disappears, so you can always look back at how any period went.
What each edition contains
Each edition opens as a paginated deck you can flip through in a minute or two. The slides move from what happened to what is next:
- Work delivered: the concrete items completed for you in the period.
- Progress to date: your running numbers, such as articles published to your store, average content quality, and keywords researched.
- What we are working on: a live list of your active work items, the same ones you see on your ticket board.
- What is next: what we will do, and anything waiting on your side.
- A hub guide: a shared refresher on using your hub on web and mobile, and how the content engine works.
Snapshots you can trust
The numbers in an edition are captured when it is published, so each report is an honest snapshot of that moment, and the archive becomes a record of your progress over time. The work-in-progress slide is the one exception: it always reads live from your hub, so an older edition still shows what is happening right now.
Made for sharing
Reports are written in plain language and presented in your brand color, in English and Korean, so they work as-is in an internal meeting. Onboarding editions walk a new team through the hub; ongoing status editions keep everyone current without anyone writing a summary email.
How often is a new edition published?
On a regular cadence agreed for your engagement, typically weekly. Each new edition appears at the top of your Reports page, and the previous ones move into the monthly archive.
Do I need to prepare anything to read a report?
No. Just open the edition and flip through. If a slide raises a question, ask in chat or comment on the related ticket and we pick it up from there.
Are old reports kept?
Yes. Every edition stays in the archive, grouped by month, so the history of the engagement is always one click away.
