Notifications and settings

The notification bell keeps you current on mentions, replies and status changes across your hub, and the settings page controls how and where those updates reach you.

The notification bell

The bell in the hub header shows a badge with your unread count. Opening it lists your latest notifications; selecting one marks it read and takes you straight to the item it refers to.

  • A full notifications page shows your complete history, grouped by day, with an All / Unread filter.
  • Mark all read clears the badge in one action.
  • Notifications about your own actions are never created, so the feed stays about what others did.

What triggers a notification

Notifications come from activity that involves you directly.

  • Someone mentions you with @ in chat, in a ticket, in a ticket approval or in a support thread.
  • A ticket you submitted or are assigned to changes status.
  • A new reply or comment lands on one of your tickets.
  • A ticket is assigned to you.

Choosing how updates reach you

In Settings, the Notifications section is a simple grid: one row per update category, with a toggle for each channel that category supports. Email covers everything; in-app and mobile push are available for work updates, support, chat messages and the daily pulse digest. Changes save automatically.

  • Categories include work updates, Support Center, unread chat messages, weekly report, billing, event reminders and the daily pulse digest.
  • Security notices are always on and cannot be disabled; they protect your account.
  • Optional digests such as the daily pulse and promotional updates are off by default until you opt in.

Profile and language

Settings is also where your personal details live. Everything here is per user, so your choices never affect teammates.

  • Profile: display name, @handle, profile photo and your time zone.
  • Language: switch the whole hub between English and Korean with one selection.
  • Security: change your password and review or remove trusted devices and active sessions.

Team settings

The Workspace section of Settings covers your team: see who has access, invite teammates by email, adjust roles and manage who can view invoices. Team changes apply to the whole workspace, so they are typically handled by the account owner.

Can I turn off all notifications?

Almost. Every category can be tuned or switched off per channel, except security notices, which always stay on to protect your account.

How do I get notifications on my phone?

If you use the hub mobile app, push notifications follow the same preferences you set in Settings. Email notifications reach you anywhere.

Does changing my language change it for my teammates?

No. Language is a per-user preference; each member of your team picks their own.

Why did a notification not arrive by email?

Check the Notifications section in Settings first: the category may be switched off for the email channel. Optional digests are also off by default until you enable them.
