Brand Radar

Brand Radar gathers what the world is saying about your brand into one live board: reviews, press coverage, creator posts, community threads and nearby competitor movement. It syncs on its own, so the picture stays current without anyone compiling it.

What the radar watches

The radar follows your brand across the channels where customers actually talk, and pulls everything into one feed you can scan in minutes.

  • Review platforms: new reviews with their star ratings, gathered as they appear.
  • Press and local coverage: articles and features that mention your brand.
  • Creator channels: posts and videos from the polished side of social media.
  • Community threads: posts from real people talking about their experience.
  • Competitor snapshots: ratings and review counts for comparable businesses nearby, captured over time so movement stands out.

Reading the board

The board reads top to bottom, from headline numbers to individual mentions.

  • Pulse: headline metrics such as average rating, total reviews, follower count, mention volume and sentiment. Selecting a card opens its trend and the items behind the number.
  • Press, Reviews, Creators and Community: every mention as a card with its source, date, sentiment and a short excerpt.
  • Neighborhood watch: your ratings side by side with comparable businesses nearby, with recent movement marked.
  • Alerts: anything that needs attention, such as significant mentions or low-star reviews, sorted to the top.

Filters and search

One board covers everything, and three controls narrow it instantly: a time window of 7, 30 or 90 days, a brand filter when your engagement covers more than one brand, and free text search across titles, excerpts and authors. Everything filters in place, with no page reloads.

Acting from the hub

Mentions are not just for reading. Where the hub supports it, you can act on the spot.

  • Reviews can be answered from the hub: write your reply, it is saved to that customer record, and the review opens at the source so you can post it.
  • Significant mentions carry a short note on why they matter and a suggested next step.
  • Every card links back to the original, one click away at the source.

How current is the radar?

It syncs daily, and the header shows when the last sync ran. Trend graphs fill in on their own as daily history accumulates.

Can I reply to reviews without leaving the hub?

Yes. Write the reply on the review card; it is saved in the hub and the original review opens so you can post it at the source.

We run more than one brand. Does the radar tell them apart?

Yes. Each mention is tagged with its brand, and a filter switches between brands or shows everything together.
