Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance for usage-billed extras, currently physical direct-mail letters sent from the Partner Hub. Your regular engagement is billed through invoices, never in credits.
What credits pay for
When direct mail is enabled for your hub, your team can send physical letters to partners straight from the partner directory. Each letter costs a set number of credits, and the Credits page shows that per-letter cost along with its dollar equivalent, so pricing is never a surprise.
- Credits are shared by your whole team: one balance covers everyone who sends letters from your hub.
- Credits are only charged when a letter is actually sent. Browsing the Partner Hub costs nothing.
- Everyday hub features such as chat, tickets, and documents never use credits.
Checking your balance
The Credits page shows your current balance and translates it into practical terms: how many letters it covers at your per-letter rate. The balance also appears in the hub header, so you can keep an eye on it while you work.
Topping up
- 1
Open the Credits page
Find Credits in your hub navigation. It shows your balance, the per-letter cost, and the available credit packs.
- 2
Choose a pack
Pick a credit pack that fits your outreach volume. Larger packs are available for heavier senders.
- 3
Complete checkout
Payment runs through a secure card checkout. Once it completes, the page confirms the purchase and the credits appear on your balance right away.
How charging works
- When a letter is submitted from the Partner Hub, the per-letter credit cost is deducted from your team balance.
- Credits stay on your balance until they are used. There is no monthly reset.
- The letters-remaining estimate on the Credits page tells you when it is time to top up before a bigger campaign.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your team balance until your team uses them.
Why do I not see a Credits page in my hub?
Credits only apply to hubs with usage-billed extras such as direct mail enabled. If your engagement does not use them, the page simply is not part of your hub, and your billing lives entirely in Invoices.
Is my engagement fee also billed in credits?
No. Your agreed engagement scope is billed through invoices. Credits only cover usage-billed extras, so the two never mix.
How do I know what one letter costs?
The Credits page states the per-letter credit cost and its dollar equivalent for your hub, and shows how many letters your current balance covers.
