HubOS is the PCD Client Hub: a private workspace where Prime Chase Data runs your engagement, from daily conversations and work tracking to documents and store numbers, all in one place.

Instead of email threads, spreadsheets, and messenger apps scattered across tools, your hub gathers the work Prime Chase Data does for you behind a single sign-in. You can see what is in progress, what is waiting on you, and what has shipped, then ask a question in chat without switching apps.
What every hub includes
Every client hub ships with the same core set, grouped in the sidebar so it is easy to find your way around.
- Dashboard and timeline: your home view, with work in progress and recent activity
- Chat: real-time messaging with the Prime Chase Data team
- Tickets and projects: every request tracked with a clear status
- Support: a question board where answers stay searchable for the whole team
- Documents (자료실): proposals, contracts, invoices, reports, and brand files
- Calendar: shared schedules and upcoming dates in one view
- Partner Hub: a directory of your vendors and partners
- Notifications and settings: language and alert preferences, set per person
Growth modules, enabled per contract
On top of the core set, growth modules are switched on to match your engagement: SEO content and performance, store and sales pulse, review management, brand radar, a customer inbox, reports, contract e-sign, and more. Your hub shows only what your engagement includes, and modules can be added as the work grows.
Web and mobile, one login
Use the hub in any browser, or install the iOS and Android apps for chat, ticket updates, and push notifications on the go. The same account works everywhere.

Is HubOS a separate product I pay for?
No. The hub is how working with Prime Chase Data happens. The core modules come with every engagement, and growth modules follow what your contract includes.
Can my whole team use the hub?
Yes. Teammates are invited by email, and each person gets their own login, notification preferences, and language choice.
Can I see the hub before we start working together?
Yes. The public Lumio demo hub is a live example you can sign into and explore at your own pace.
