Getting startedIncluded in every hub

Roles, access, and language

Every teammate gets their own secure login, their own notification preferences, and their own language choice, inside a workspace only your team can see.

Inviting teammates

Teammates are invited by email. An invited colleague receives a bilingual email with a link to the hub, so nobody has to share passwords or forward logins.

  1. 1

    Open Settings

An owner opens the Team section in the hub Settings.

  2. 2

    Send the invite

Enter the teammate’s email address. Company addresses and personal addresses both work, and the invite is scoped to your team only.

  3. 3

    Teammate joins

The email links straight to the hub. Someone with an existing account is added right away; a new teammate creates an account with the invited email at hub.primechasedata.com/join, verifies it, and lands in your workspace.

Owner and member roles

  • Owners manage the team: they invite teammates, choose each person’s role, and can remove an account when someone moves on
  • Members use the hub day to day: chat, tickets, documents, calendar, and every module in your engagement
  • Every team keeps at least one owner, so access to the workspace is never orphaned

Your workspace stays private

Each client team has its own workspace at its own private address. Sign-ins are checked against the emails registered to your team, and your chat history, documents, tickets, and reports are visible only to your team and the Prime Chase Data people working on your engagement. No client ever sees another client’s workspace.

Notification preferences, per person

Each teammate chooses what to be notified about and on which channel: email, in-app, or push. Changes save automatically, and security notices stay on for everyone.

Korean and English, per user

The hub is fully bilingual. Korean is the default, and any teammate can switch to English in Settings without affecting anyone else. Emails the hub sends, such as invites and notifications, carry both languages.

Can I invite someone on a personal email like Gmail or Naver?

Yes. Owners can invite any valid email address. The account is tied to your team only, so a personal address is just as scoped and secure as a company one.

What happens when a teammate leaves the company?

An owner can remove the account from the Team section in Settings, which ends its access immediately. If you prefer, ask in chat and the Prime Chase Data team will handle it.

Does switching my language change the hub for my teammates?

No. Language is a per-user preference. You can work in English while a teammate works in Korean, in the same workspace at the same time.
