Store

The Store module connects your online storefront to the hub, so the commerce side of your business lives next to everything else: a catalog health check, sales performance, recent orders, and a margin calculator.

What the Store tab includes

Once your store is connected, the Store tab splits into four focused pages. Each one reads from a synced copy of your catalog and orders, so nothing here requires exporting spreadsheets.

  • Catalog health: an automatic check of every product, with a fix list of what needs attention.
  • Performance: revenue, orders, and average order value over recent weeks, with trends and top products.
  • Orders: recent orders with customer details, ready for fulfill, hold, or refund actions.
  • Margin calculator: model pricing scenarios per product and channel, and save the ones you want to keep.

Catalog health

The health check scores your live catalog and groups issues by how much they hurt sales or search, for example missing images, empty descriptions, or pricing gaps. Each group explains why it matters and lists the affected products; tapping a product opens it directly in your store admin so the fix takes one click, not a search. A summary shows how many live products are in great shape, and you can re-sync at any time.

Performance and margins

  • Revenue, order count, and average order value for the last 7 and 30 days, each compared with the week before.
  • A profit-by-product view: enter a unit cost per product once, and the hub shows which products actually make money.
  • The margin calculator pulls live prices from your catalog, so scenarios start from real numbers instead of guesses.

Orders without switching tools

The Orders page lists recent orders with the customer, items, payment and fulfillment status, and how the buyer found you, including the traffic source and campaign of their first and latest visit when your store shares that data. Routine actions such as fulfill and hold run from the hub; refunds are reserved for the team owner. Anything deeper deep-links into your store admin.

Supported connections

The Store module works with Shopify storefronts today. Businesses that run on Square are covered by Business Pulse, which reads sales directly from a Square connection.

Do I still need my store admin?

Yes, for editing products and settings. The hub is where you monitor and act on the day-to-day; every product and order links straight into the matching admin page, so the two work together rather than replacing each other.

Who can issue a refund?

Refunds from the hub are limited to the team owner. Other team members can view orders and run fulfill or hold actions.

How current is the data?

Orders update automatically every day after the first load, and every Store page has a sync button when you want the very latest before a decision.
